About Emily
I am a licensed massage therapist with over five years of hands-on experience, dedicated to providing intuitive, results-driven bodywork. I believe the body communicates what it needs—and my role is to listen carefully and respond with the appropriate techniques to support healing, balance, and relief.
Each session is fully customized, drawing from a variety of modalities including deep tissue, relaxation massage, trigger point therapy, muscle stripping, PNF stretching, cupping, and more. Whether you’re working through chronic tension, recovering from physical strain, or simply seeking deep relaxation, my approach adapts to your body and your goals on that day.
Services
Cupping is a powerful addition to massage because it helps release deep muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote faster healing. By gently lifting the soft tissue, cupping increases blood flow to tight or sore areas, helping to reduce pain, inflammation, and stiffness. When combined with massage, it allows for deeper, longer-lasting relief while enhancing relaxation and overall body balance.
CBD is a great addition to massage because it helps reduce inflammation, ease muscle soreness, and promote deep relaxation. When applied topically during a massage, CBD can enhance pain relief by calming the nervous system and supporting the body’s natural healing response. Combined with massage techniques, it creates a more soothing, longer-lasting sense of relief and overall well-being.
Scraping and trigger point therapy are excellent additions to massage because they target deep muscle tension and stubborn knots that traditional techniques may not fully release. These methods help break up adhesions, improve blood flow, and restore healthy movement patterns, leading to reduced pain and increased mobility. When included in a massage session, they provide more precise, long-lasting relief and support faster muscle recovery.
PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) stretching is a technique used to improve flexibility and increase range of motion. It involves a combination of stretching and gentle muscle contractions, which helps the body relax the targeted muscles more effectively. This allows the muscles to lengthen further than with traditional stretching methods. PNF stretching is often used to help reduce muscle tightness, improve movement, and support recovery. It can also help lower the risk of injury by keeping muscles and joints more flexible and better prepared for physical activity.
